In our group, only our ticket included the visit to the Frame. The guide kept insisting against it, claiming it would disrupt the rest of the tour. We insisted on sticking to the original plan, and everything went well. The guide's insistence on skipping the Frame was unpleasant.
The itinerary was different, and there was very little time for the services we had booked.
The guide took us to a shop in the spice souk where we ended up paying a ridiculously high price. Of course, everyone can choose whether to buy or not, but this probably shouldn't be part of the tour.
